Is Express Shipping
available? If you need your
items in a hurry, just drop us an email with your address, item and the
date needed by before ordering and we'll send you back a quote. It's

What is your Shipping
Method? Most items are shipped
directly from the artist or manufacturer. If an item must ship
separately from the rest of your order, it will be noted on the product page
under "Read about shipping on this product."
Order tracking numbers
will be provided when possible, but not all of our vendors supply this. You
will be notified by email when your order ships.
We strongly
recommend that you do not request gifts to be shipped to hospitals or medical
facilities. Delivery delays and additional shipping charges could
become necessary if the gift recipient has already been discharged.
What are the International Shipping rates? Not all items are available for international shipping. All
international orders are charged a $35.00 flat rate shipping fee to cover
additional costs. Some items will cost even more to ship due to their size.

you are interested in and the destination country.
What are my Payment Options? We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER,

What is your Return Policy? Please shop carefully
as all personalized orders and custom diaper bag sales are
final.
We accept non-personalized items in their
original and unused condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of the
shipment date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags
intact. Returns must be requested by email and will be given an RMA. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the
customer and no refund will be issued.
Shipping charges and gift wrap
charges are non-refundable unless an item was damaged during shipping.
Personalized items may be exchanged if the item is defective or an
error was made on behalf of the artisan.
What are my options for Gift
Giving? A complimentary
gift card may be included with most items free of charge. Gift wrapping
options are available on the individual items pages.
We specialize in
gift giving and never include any pricing information with orders. If you
need a copy of an invoice one can be provided upon request.
